Vacation Goals

34
Who sets goals for vacations?

Well, this break, plans for travel fell through, which means I will be stuck on 168 square meters (65 square kilometers) of lovely lush ocean-skirted land. Quite a paradox. Beautiful but small, small and beautiful. To make sure that I don't just laze about and let time pass by, I'm making public my goals for the next two weeks--just for funzies . . . If you haven't noticed already, I do keep a simultaneous blog on 101 general goals I came up with a couple years back. Some of the goals I make on this page will be in hopes of shrinking down my larger list. Other goals will be to make sure I make the most of this paradise.

This is somewhat improv, so I will come back and make some edits. I will make sure to post about these as I go along . . .
  1. SURF-more than a couple of times
  2. Bike around the island
  3. Take a ferry somewhere
  4. Summit hike up Mt. Liamuiga??
  5. Cook a local dish with a local
  6. Figure out how to get access to a sewing machine, and sew
  7. Keep tryin' to learn Spanish
WooT! Sounds like an   a) great and b) fun   list. I won't bore you with all the academic and financial tasks that I need to get out of the way. Although I truly will push to complete these as well. Hopefully not at the last minute. . .
